I choose to be willingable — to find solutions, take action, keep learning and help others. I don’t focus on whether the glass is half full or half empty. I see the bottle, the tap, the dam and the rain clouds that fill it. I focus on outcomes and the solutions that achieve them — recognising that without action, neither matters.
I am a married 55yo father of 3 daughters born in Spain as Ricardo Gonzalez-Mejias and based in Australia (aussie name is Ric Mejias), ASIA/OCEANIA, and EU.
I’ve been willingable for over 40 years, consistently delivering outcomes across construction, property, tourism, aviation and finance.
I started my own small business whilst still at school installing car security, audio and locking systems. I became a company director at 18 and since then became a Director of many organisations around the World as well as joining many Boards and Body’s as President or Director, etc.
Working with Government agencies around the world for almost 40 years to improve systems/infrustracture has shown me many opportunties that I have been able to assist with.
In 1996 I was very fortunate to spend time with agencies across USA, Spain, & EU and I have obtained multiple high security clearances for some of my roles and qualifications.
My personal life, family, volunteer service, action orientiation, and integrity shape how I live, lead, work and contribute. I have been fortunate to work with individuals and high level agencies.
